  • Shipping

We offer free shipping to selected locations. If your location should not be listed, please contact us for rates. We ship EMS and registered depending on orders, so if you should need expedited shipping please let us know prior making your purchase.
(We ask for phone number at checkout, to include it in your shipping papers in case you may need to be contacted during delivery).
We securely pack our ceramics so that they won't move and no breakage could occur. We usually do not insure shipments but if you wish to purchase insurance, please request it prior making your payment and complete your order.
We are not responsible for goods loss, damage or delay that could occur.


  • Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies from 2-5 days.
If you need faster handling, please contact us prior completing your purchase.
Estimated shipping times depends on shipping method (registered or EMS):
North America: 3-15 business days
Europe: 3-10 business days
Holidays and Saturdays are not included in the delivery time.
Delays due to custom clearance can occur.
We'll do our my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Shipping methods depends on orders.


  • Customs and import taxes


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


  • Payments

Payments are processed via PayPal's secure system to ensure high levels of payment security and are subject to PayPal's policies and terms. Buyers do not need a PayPal account to pay with credit card using Paypal.



  • Returns & exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Tracking information when returning an item must be included.
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For your purchase to be refunded, these requirements needs to be met and items must get back to us safe in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with same original packing state.
Tracking information when returning an item must be included and it will be proof of actual shipping and delivery.
Seller is not responsible for customs fees or any other fee that may apply on the returned items and they might be deducted from the refund value.
Refund will be issue within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.

We don't always send printed invoices with orders, so if you require one, please let us know beforehand.

All goods for sale our websites are handmade products and while we do our best to fully represent them, light variations in the actual goods color and details may occur. Minor discrepancies in the final product are not considered as defects but testify its quality and uniqueness as a handmade craft.
